Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be cancelled or changed within 2 hours of placement. After that, the order may already be in fulfillment. Contact us immediately at [email protected] if you need to make changes.
Shipping & Delivery
How fast do you ship?
Most orders ship within 1 business day. Standard delivery takes 1–3 business days after shipment. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Do you ship to all 50 states?
We ship firearms to all states where the specific firearm is legal to own. Some products (suppressors, certain magazines, specific firearm types) are restricted in certain states. If a product can't be shipped to your state, it will be noted in the product listing.
Do you ship internationally?
No. We ship within the United States only.
FFL Transfers
What is an FFL dealer and why do I need one?
FFL stands for Federal Firearms Licensee. Federal law requires that all firearm transfers go through a licensed dealer. When you buy a gun online, it ships to your local FFL dealer — not directly to you. You pick it up there after completing a background check. This is the standard process for all online gun purchases nationwide.
How do I find an FFL dealer near me?
You can find a local FFL dealer using the ATF's FFL locator tool. Most local gun stores are FFLs and charge a small transfer fee (0–0 is typical). See our full FFL Transfer Instructions page for details.
How long does the FFL transfer take?
After your gun arrives at the FFL dealer, background check approval is typically instant or same-day. In rare cases it can take up to 3 business days. The FFL dealer will contact you when you're cleared to pick up.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused, unregistered firearms and accessories within 30 days of delivery. Firearms that have been transferred through an FFL cannot be returned unless defective. See our full Shipping & Returns policy.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. Manufacturer defects are covered by the manufacturer's warranty — we'll help you navigate that process.
Legal & Compliance
Do I need a background check to buy from you?
Yes. All firearm purchases require a federal NICS background check, completed at your FFL dealer when you pick up your firearm. This applies to every online gun purchase, from every retailer, in every state.
Is it legal to buy a gun online in Oklahoma?
Yes, completely legal. Online gun purchases are legal in all 50 states as long as the firearm is transferred through a licensed FFL dealer. See our Oklahoma Gun Laws page for more detail.
What about NFA items like suppressors?
NFA items require additional federal paperwork and a 00 tax stamp. The approval process takes several months. We'll provide guidance with your purchase. See our FFL Transfer page for details.
